Meet Pam Nash, Beef Test Kitchen Tester

Pam works in the beef test kitchen and is responsible for carrying out recipe development and testing, as well as applied cookery testing.  Prior to joining the testing team Pam was a corporate trainer with a specialty in leadership training.  After having two kids who both have eating difficulties and developing a love of competitive triathlons, Pam decided that she needed to get into a career that would allow her to become more educated about food and how to feed herself and the people around her.  Pam received her A.S. degree in the Culinary Arts and the Art Institute of Denver, and right after graduating she joined the beef testing team.
